Executive Coaching

New leaders are consistently joining the senior living profession. Many come from well prepared institutions and preceptor programs. However, the industry continues to change and become more nimble. These new leaders need mentoring and training – a side by side coach to support their growth, in confidence. As proven leaders in senior living, Ardúent's experts have mentored and supported many rising stars. We help your up-and-coming team members reach their full potential, which in turn advances your organization. We bring a fine balance of support/coaching/mentoring/monitoring while letting the leader "discover their style". Our 12 month program offers an opportunity to blend online learning along with in-person observation/support as well as phone connections.

  • Negotiated rates for project work and Shared Resources agreements
Define your current spend and identity your current needs. Look at your org chart to determine which resources you could share with other Ardúent Collaborators, and/or utilize Ardúent management services for “back of house” functions. Then reduce your existing budget by removing all outside vendors that overlap those shared resources or management services.
